Meditation and Art are techniques that has been used by many different health professions over the centuries to assist in the recovery of mental and emotional health issues. The combination of the 2 techniques are an amazing healing process, to which I also add my very own Oracle insight into the mix. Making it a very powerful session, giving you the opportunity to "review, release, restore" your mental and emotional being, as well as gaining a little extra insight along the way. You need No skills, only the willingness to be guided on a Healing Journey of Self-discovery. This session is great for anyone going through Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Overthinking/Overwhelmed, or simply wish to just relax and let go of your worries. What to Bring: a Journal & Pen for taking notes something light for Lunch a Water bottle, or something to drink Experience: a Review of Emotional status a Release of negative Energy a Shift in Consciousness a Reset of Personal Power a Renewed Positive Mindset a Relaxation of the Mind/Body/Soul a Restore of your Directions in Life Therapies: Meditation, Art, Colour, Sound, Energy, Visual, Sensory, Mindset, Manifestation, ..... just to name a few.
