Welcome to your Meditative Journey. I look forward to meeting you and guiding you into a world of peace and tranquility. I have been privileged to run Guided Meditations for over 11 & 1/2 years now. It is a strong Passion of mine, as it was one of the key elements that saved me from the depths of depression. Over the years I've run numerous styles of Meditation & enjoying guiding others through these, which in many cases, people get to experience either new styles or experience things in a different way than ever before. To name a few: * Breathwork * Mindfulness * Self-Healing * Movement (Dance/Walking/etc.) * Sound Immersion * Spiritual Journeys * Past Life Journeys * Colour Therapy * Meditative Art & so many more . . . I can teach you how to Meditate, Anywhere, Anyhow, Anytime. All you need to have, is the openness & willingness to learn. Cancellation Policy

Spiritual Whispers has a non-refundable policy in place. However, you can organise to reschedule for another date and time, if it applies to that particular session only.
