Weekly Guided Meditation, focusing on different styles and topics every week. This is a "Women's Only" session, thank you for understanding Designed for all Levels of Meditation. Learn how to Meditate anywhere, anytime or refresh your skills. Designed to guide you on this journey of life to Discover Your Wisdom and Healing Within Yourself. You will be surrounded by beautiful healing crystals and Aromas during your sessions every time, along with Leonie-May's Healing Energies. Various types and styles of Meditations will be discovered over time and may combined different modalities as well. Some of the topics covered might be (just to name a few) : - Neuro Mindset - Health & Wellness - Affirmations and Inspiration - Movement (walking; dance; other) - Therapeutic Techniques - Mindfulness & Consciousness - Healing from within - Balance & Calm the self - Breathing & Breathwork - Relaxation Techniques - Spiritual Journeys (depending on the group) - Visionary and Insight - Sound, Colour, Crystal, Aroma, Art, Therapies - Relief from : Stress, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression - & so many other things I can help you with During the Session-time you also receive Guidance/Discussion time.
