Welcome to the AML Workshop, I am your guide, Leonie-May . . . AML is : A Meditative Life. This is a in-person class held at Spiritual Whispers Studio. This is a Women Only class, thanks for understanding. Each workshop, we will focus on different topics, which may be based on Healing, Health, Wellness, Spirituality, and/or Life itself. You will learn how to create your very own Meditative Life. We will explore Life with it's ups & downs, and how A Meditative Life could assist you to balance it all out and keep you moving forward, manifestation a positive mindset. Your Guide or Guest-Hosts, may also Lead you into a Meditative Journey of self-discovery or other styles of Meditations. You can learn how to Meditate Any-Where ; Any-How ; Any-Time. There will be a little time for a chat and some intuitive discussions about your experience, a little support for your journey, some insight with inspirational motivation. The benefits of attending a Group Meditation is greater than when you do it individually, as the energy of a circle is positively heightened.
