Welcome to the AML Workshop. "A Meditative Life" Here you are going to start a Journey into the world of Healing & Wellness. No skills are required. Only the willingness to be open to New techniques to incorporate into your everyday life. This workshop comes with a Lifetime of experience and knowledge, that will be shared with you, to help you re-ignite your spark for Life. You will immerge lighter and more focused than before with a passion and renewed direction once again. You will absorb the Beauty of this Peaceful & Tranquil surroundings. Prepare to be magickly transformed with the special visit to our lovely Enchanted Forest nestled in the Western Valley. Your afternoon will be filled with Healing, Alternate Therapy and Magickal Meditations and more. WHAT TO BRING : * Water Bottle or something to drink * A Pillow & something to Lay on * Wear comfortable loose clothing * A Pen & Journal for notes etc. * A hand-Towel for if you get sweaty * Sun Protection & Insect Repellent * Walking Shoes (which may get wet) * Spare set of clothing & a Towel (in case you get wet) * A light coat/jumper for the Enchanted Forest (it's cool in there) We will be starting at 1pm sharp. Please arrive between 12:30 - 12:55pm. We are at the end of a Rural Road, which is half bitumen & half dirt. There are a couple of small potholes, and there may be a cow or two out on the road. Please be careful. The Studio is perched on the top of a hill over looking the North Valley, at Valleyview Springs, on a Beautiful 160 acres of complete Peace and Tranquillity. With Cows, Sheep, and a Donkey. I am so excited to present this very Special Workshop to you. I know you are going to LOVE this.
