Welcome to AML, "A Meditative Life" I am you guide Leonie-May . . . This is the Online Session, which is an extension of the Podcast. Here, we will explore Life with it's ups & downs, and how A Meditative Life could assist you to balance it all out and get you back on track. I will be guiding you into the world of Meditation each session, and may talk about different topics and try various styles of Meditation. We will have a discussion time after a Meditation, with a little insight and a some inspiration. I look forward to guiding you into A Meditative Life until then please take good care of yourself and remember to SMILE it's GOOD for YOU see you very soon Online in the Zoom room.
