A Meditative Life - (class online)

Service Description

Welcome to "A Meditative Life" (AML), I am your guide, Leonie-May . . . This is an Online Class held in a Zoom room. Originally it started out as a Podcast from which it quickly evolved into a much more need class session instead. This enabled me to assist many more people in a weekly class and be able to work through a wider range of people's needs. The Class usually runs anywhere from 1-hour to 2-hours depending on the number of people in the class on the day. Each week we may have a different topic, which may be based on Meditation, Health, Wellness, Spirituality, and/or Life itself. I may even share with you a little about my own journey in this Meditative Life. We may explore Life with it's ups & downs, and how A Meditative Life could assist you to balance it all out and get you back on track. Your Guide or Guest-Hosts, may also Lead you into a Meditative Journey of self-discovery or other styles of Meditations. There may be a little time for a chat and some intuitive discussions about various different topics, and maybe some insight and inspiration for you to share. You might even be chosen to receive an Oracle Message or two. Every week is different and unique.
