Welcome to Your Healing Journey Healing the Mind/Body/Soul/Spirit, is a process that starts with you taking the 1st step on your Healing Journey ...... Admitting you need some help to get back on track. This Healing Process is very much based on a Mental & Emotional platform. Scientifically proven to get you back on track, with numerous Healing Techniques. Meditation will play a big part in this process, along with many other modalities. This program is built on a basic foundation, that is then tailored to suit each individual. "Personal" Healing Program, designed for you and your needs. This 4-week long course includes : 4 weeks of Fully Supported Guidance and Healing Weekly or Daily Guidance Weekly or Daily Affirmations Weekly Quick Chat Four 1hr one-to-one appointment or consults Four assessment throughout the weeks Meditation Sessions for your needs Recorded Meditation Sessions for your needs Self-Talk or M.O.M. Guidance Journaling Guidance to assist you throughout A Group Session or a Group Workshop Extra Chat-time if required All materials required for each session is provided Zoom Sessions are available if you are unable to be here in person for the one-to-one sessions. Cancellation Policy
Spiritual Whispers has a non-refundable policy in place. Please understand that I put my beautiful time and energy into this session for you, which does cost money to do, as well as it takes me away from my family and other work. However, I do Love doing this for you, so please join into this session, make time for YOU, because You deserve it. Please note that Your Safety is important & we do our best to keep you safe.
