Welcome to Your Healing Journey Healing the Mind/Body/Soul/Spirit is a process that starts with you taking the 1st step on your Healing Journey ....... Admitting you need some help to get back on track. This Healing Process is very much based on a Mental & Emotional platform. Scientifically proven to get you back on track, with numerous Healing Techniques. Meditation will play a big part in this process, along with many other modalities. This program is built on a basic foundation, that is then tailored to suit each individual. "Personal" Healing Program, designed for you and your needs. This week-long course is a short intensive one and it includes : 7 Days of Fully Supported Guidance and Healing - * Daily Guidance to assist you on this Journey * Daily Affirmations chosen to help you Heal * Daily short Quick Chat to check on your progress * A one-to-one consultation appointment * An assessment throughout the week * A one-to-one Meditation Session (possibly 2 or 3) * A Recorded Meditation Session * Self-Talk Health and Wellness Guidance * Journaling and Analyzing Guidance * Mental and Emotional Balancing/Healing * A Group Session or a Group Workshop (optional) * All materials required for each session is provided * Zoom Sessions are available if you are unable to be here in person for the one-to-one sessions I look forward to Guiding you on this H e a l i n g J o u r n e y
Cancellation Policy
Spiritual Whispers has a non-refundable policy in place. Please understand that I put my beautiful time and energy into this session for you, which does cost money to do, as well as it takes me away from my family and other work. However, I do Love doing this for you, so please join into this session, make time for YOU, because You deserve it. Please note that Your Safety is important & we do our best to keep you safe.
